The last couple years have caused wear on the building that houses the Radio Station so we are working on
sealing the roof to prevent water seepage. The station has been up and running for over a month, but cost of fuel for
the generator still keeps it from realizing its full potential. The blessing experienced by the listeners of Radio Station
is doubled by the music which encourages and the messages that edify.
We have a Facebook page now...see Radio Semence 106.9 FM...and you will see some great things.
I haven't had time to do much blogging lately what with working as a nurse at
a Personal Care Home and dealing with illness in the family. My younger sister had a massive stroke and this has tied
up a lot of personal time visiting and helping my 90 yr. old mother cope with the stress.
I am responsible for the running of the household and this also takes time from other things. The Haitians
are doing a great job running the schools , clinic and Radio Station. Financial constraints are the only thing
holding us back from doing more.
I'd like to organize a crusade
in the Cote de Fer area during the summer vacation. Please pray about this and health mercies for my sister and Mom.
God bless you all and thank you for your support!
